Mashed potatoes

Here is my very first time to make mashed potatoes and very successful. I learnt this from my mum, it's super easy-tasty.
This dish can be done without any cooking skill. So, let's get rolling!

Ingredients :
2-4 potatoes(depends on how many people you're going to serve)
peeled, cut into large chunks.
1 teaspoon butter

1/2 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
1/4 cup low-fat milk
black pepper or any pepper

Directions:
Place the potatoes in the large pot add enough water for it to barely reach the bottom.Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes, until the potatoes far apart easily when pierced with a fork. After that drain them in a colander and then use a spoon to mash the potatoes until it completely smooth. At this point, stir in butter, salt and pepper until incorporated. Add enough milk to make the potatoes creamy, and serve hot.

Good luck.
